This opens some remarkably interesting opportunities for associates looking to build wealth and generate additional streams of income other than just selling homes.  The best part of the Bleu Palms Real Estate Wealth Builder program is that it is paid quarterly and becomes an amazing way to supplement the roller coaster income most agents experience.

What is the Wealth Builder Program?

Bleu Palms Real Estate’s Wealth Builder Program is derived by a percentage of revenue (gross commission) that the associate earns for attracting that associate generating the revenue into the company. Thereby as an additional source of profits from personally sponsored associates; creating wealth to the associate!

Associates that elect to be part of the Wealth Builder Program are on an (90%/10%) split with the company. When an associate closes a deal that is on the Wealth Builder Program membership, a percentage of the company’s 10% goes back to the associate who sponsored them. This means that when the new (personally sponsored) associate successfully transacts, closes, and generates revenue to the company, not only does the associate receive his/her commission, the sponsor receives a portion of this too!

Yet It does not stop there. The Wealth Builder Program allows for true unlimited wealth potential setting no limits on earning from personally sponsored associates. Additionally, the Wealth Builder Program not only generates revenue from personally sponsored associates, but even from personally sponsored associates that have also personally sponsored associates that join Bleu Palms Real Estate. This creates the associate’s downline allowing up to 3 tiers/levels of unlimited wealth creation! The Wealth Builder program or proceeds are generated on every deal that are on associate’s personally sponsored downline. The proceeds are collected and paid to associates once per quarter.

How the wealth builder program works

Ok, so let us talk about how the Bleu Palms Real Estate Wealth Builder Program works.

Tiers:

Any agent that you personally sponsor will be on your Tier 1.  (See chart below). Whenever an associate you personally sponsor attracts another agent, that new agent is now on your Tier 2 (See chart below) and is considered to be on your “downline”.  This continues on in this manner all the way until you have agents on your Tier 3; for a maximum of 3 Tier levels.

Percentages

The Wealth Builder Program is designed to create wealth for the associate by allowing them to personally sponsor associates to join Bleu Palms Real Estate. Any associate that you personally sponsor (referred to as Tier 1) receives 1% from personally sponsored associate’s gross commission; this is unlimited!! Now that you know which tiers agents fall on within your Wealth Builder Program, it is helpful to know how much you can earn from each one of them.

  • Example: When an agent that you personally sponsor closes a $300,000 deal and earns a 3% commission, $9,000; you earn 1% of the $9,000 which equals $90, which gets paid quarterly after the transaction closes.

Now let us take a look at Tier 2.  Again, Tier 2 would be an associate that one of your sponsored associates has personally sponsored.  Now through the Wealth Builder Program your Tier 2 will earn you 0.5% for all transactions that successfully close on this tier. This is for every associate (on your downline), per closing, which leads to unlimited earnings per anniversary year!

  • Example:  $300,000 home closes from an agent on your Tier 2. That agent earns $9,000 (3% of $300,000). You earn 0.5% of the $9,000 which equals $45 for that one deal!  Better yet, the agent you sponsored who sponsored the agent on your Tier 2, earns $90 as well.

Now let us take a look at Tier 3.  Again, Tier 3 would be an additional layer where an associate on your Tier 2 has personally and successfully sponsored an associate to join Bleu Palms Real Estate; this is viewed as 3 tiers from you (associate) and on your downline. You may also earn unlimited revenue through the Wealth Builder Program, earning 0.5% for all transactions that close on this tier, per agent on your downline, unlimited earning per anniversary year!

  • Example:  $300,000 home closes from an agent on your Tier 3. That agent earns $9,000 (3% of $300,000). You earn 0.5% of the $9,000 which equals $45 for that one deal!  Better yet, the agent you sponsored, on your Tier 1, earns $45 as well (0.5% of the $9,000 which equals $45. Additionally, the agent who personally sponsored the associate which is (your Tier 2) will receive 1% of the gross commission of $9,000 which equals $90, which gets paid quarterly after the transaction closes.

Here is a chart that shows the percentage you earn from agents on each level along with the maximum in Revenue Share you can earn from each agent on that particular level each year before they hit their threshold .
