IN NO EVENT SHALL BLEU PALMS LLC’S CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE TOTAL PURCHASE PRICE OF THE SERVICE YOU HAVE PURCHASED FROM BLEU PALMS LLC, AND IF NO PURCHASE HAS BEEN MADE BY YOU COLORADO HEMP DISTRCIT’S CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.

Assignment
